Meet Curtis Kossman,

President and Development Director of Kossman Development

Pittsburgh real estate company Kossman Development expands sights | TribLIVE.com

You do not want to miss this incredible speaker!  Mr. Kossman is greatly admired all over our city - and across the nation - as a premiere developer of vast commercial properties and communities across our region and throughout the United States.

GREAT NEWS!  We have increased our capacity at the beautiful Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse,  located at 525 Smithfield Street, Downtown. Free parking is available at the 350 Oliver Avenue Garage.  Yes, you read that right: FREE. Bring your ticket in to meeting to validate parking.

So invite a friend for this amazing opportunity to network and learn with the best of Pittsburgh!

ZOOM options are also available.

The Kossman name -- now in its third generation -- has been firmly entrenched in the Pittsburgh development community for more than 70 years. Area projects developed by the company include the Parkway Center Mall, the Parkway Center office complex in Green Tree, the Kossman Building Downtown, Omega Corporate Center in Robinson Township, Parkway Center East in Forest Hills, the Residence Inn in Oakland and Schenley Center, just to name a few. Kossman also extensively develops properties in Indiana, Ohio and Texas.

The company’s first project was the office building in Green Tree — which was the start of the Pittsburgh area’s first suburban office complex, Parkway Center, now with 11 buildings. Kossman’s redevelopment of the former Parkway Center Mall property, where Giant Eagle remains as sole tenant, involves retail outlets, offices, apartments and an integrated community park.

At 75, Kossman is still not ready to retire after 50 years in business! Come meet Mr. Kossman and listen to what he's learned...  and why he still loves what he does.
