Phillip P. DiLucente is one of the most recognized criminal trial lawyers in Western PA, representing the people of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. With almost two decades of experience, Phil has advocated for clients in some of the state's largest criminal cases, including first degree murder, violent crime, tax fraud and embezzlement. He has advocated for his clients with many law enforcement agencies, including the United States Secret Service, the United States Attorney's Office, the Allegheny County Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Internal Revenue Service's Criminal Investigation division.
Mr. DiLucente is a member of a long list of professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the National Italian American Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
For his efforts, he has been selected as a member of “America’s Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyers” and is a member of the coveted National Trial Lawyers “Top 100 Trial Lawyers”. He is also listed as one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers.
